30-Day Return Policy

At Kalkedon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Custom or personalized items (e.g., towels or blankets with initials or logos) are not eligible for returns, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Return:

Contact our customer service team at info@kalkedoninc.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
Please provide your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return your item.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.
